Anana Fertility Concierge was built by someone who has walked this road herself — years of fertility treatment, filled with appointments and long waits, hopeful cycles and heartbreaking ones, surgeries, testing, and procedures. She knows what it feels like to sit with disappointment and still find the strength to take the next step. That lived experience is the foundation of this service: understanding not just what fertility treatment involves, but what real support feels like when you're in the middle of it. She is not a clinician, nurse, therapist, or medical advisor — her support is based on lived experience and practical, organizational support, and it doesn't replace your medical team. It's there for everything alongside it.
Two ways to begin. Every engagement starts with a private support session.
May include emotional support, fertility journey review, clinic-question preparation, appointment organization, medication schedule organization based only on clinic instructions, partner/family communication support, and a simple next-step plan.
Ongoing support for an active treatment period: weekly private calls, private messaging with replies within one business day, and organization support between sessions.
20-minute private call for quick emotional support, clinic-question prep, appointment debriefing, beta-day anxiety, or decision organization. Requires a completed Private Session first.
One-day messaging window (up to 5 replies) for high-stress days — trigger, retrieval, transfer, or beta day. Not unlimited texting; not emergency or crisis support.
A fully premium, one-cycle support window (up to 8 weeks) for clients wanting the highest level of hands-on support — priority messaging, weekly calls, onboarding, and full-cycle planning. Not available during the initial beta unless manually approved.

Anana Fertility Concierge is not a fertility clinic, medical provider, nursing service, therapy practice, mental-health provider, medical interpreter, emergency service, or telehealth provider.
Anana Fertility Concierge does not diagnose, prescribe, change medications, interpret labs, review symptoms for medical decision-making, recommend treatment protocols, provide therapy, provide crisis support, or replace a client's clinic, doctor, nurse, therapist, or medical team.
Clients are responsible for confirming all medical instructions, medication instructions, lab results, symptoms, treatment decisions, and urgent concerns directly with their clinic or licensed medical team.
If you're experiencing a medical emergency, severe symptoms, severe pain, heavy bleeding, a medication reaction, thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or an urgent mental-health crisis — please contact your clinic or doctor, call 911, call or text 988, or reach out to emergency services right away. We'll always point you toward the right kind of help first.
The full agreement is provided separately before booking. Here's the short version.
All Anana Fertility Concierge services are prepaid. Appointments and support are not confirmed until payment and any required agreement/intake steps are completed. We do not bill after services are provided.
All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing by email. Text, social media messages, voicemail, or verbal requests during a call are not considered official notice.
Private Session: cancel/reschedule 72+ hours ahead by email, or it's non-refundable.
Quick Check-In: 48+ hours ahead, or non-refundable.
Day Pass: 48+ hours before the support day begins; non-refundable once started.
Monthly Concierge: cancel by email 7+ days before the next month begins to avoid being charged; non-refundable once a support month begins.
White-Glove: cancel/reschedule 7+ days before the support period begins; non-refundable once it begins.
Grace periods: Private Session — 15 min · Concierge weekly call — 10 min · Quick Check-In — 5 min · White-Glove call — 10–15 min. Sessions still end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
If you don't join within the grace period, it's considered a no-show — non-refundable, not reschedulable, and a new paid booking is required.
Anana Fertility Concierge does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, emotional response, medical decision, treatment result, or personal takeaway. Services are non-refundable once provided.
If your treatment cycle is cancelled, delayed, changed, or paused after a Monthly or White-Glove period begins, payments remain non-refundable — support simply shifts to next-step planning, emotional support, and organization for whenever you're ready to continue.
We ask for respectful communication and for support to stay within its stated, non-medical scope. If a request falls outside that scope — like needing urgent medical or crisis support — we'll redirect you to the right kind of help rather than try to provide it ourselves.
Anana Fertility Concierge may end support if a client is abusive, threatening, harassing, or repeatedly disregards these boundaries. If support ends for this reason, payment for the active period is non-refundable, and future bookings require approval.
Anana Fertility Concierge currently provides private, non-medical IVF and fertility support to clients located in the United States. Services are available only where permitted — if any service, package, communication method, or request falls outside what we're able to offer, we may decline, limit, pause, or discontinue it.
Fertility and reproductive health information is sensitive. We take reasonable steps to protect client information and never sell it. We may use third-party tools for scheduling, payment, email, video calls, and forms — these have their own privacy and security practices. Please avoid sending sensitive information beyond what's needed for support.
