Two ways to delete everything. You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion by email. Either way, your data is permanently removed.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open Anana Fertility and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
Your account and all associated data are permanently erased.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email us at contact@ananafertility.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data." For your protection, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing a deletion request.
What gets deleted
- Your account information (name, email, credentials).
- All health and cycle data you entered (medications, cycle dates, transfers, journal entries).
- Usage and device records associated with your account.
What may be retained
We remove your data within 30 days of a verified request. A limited amount of information may be retained only where required by law (for example, certain billing records), or as fully anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you. Medication scans processed by our AI providers are not stored by those providers for their own use.
Deletion is permanent. Once your data is erased, it cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, remember to cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
